On our Matakana and Beyond Tour and less than one hour north of Auckland, is the renowned Morris and James Pottery, where we take a guided tour.
Each piece of pottery is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans. Wall plaques and flat-ware are cut from rolled slabs of clay and formed by hand into many different shapes and sizes with different surface treatments. All the products are individually hand fettled and finished.
The Morris and James showroom is an Alladins Cave of beautiful pots, platters, plaques and other ceramic artworks which will delight you.
